An improved mechanized stock framework will be extremely useful to the organization since this will speed up its stock work process just as create ideal reports required by the administration for its assessment and audit and in general dynamic. A stock control framework is a procedure for overseeing and finding items or materials. In like manner utilization, the term may likewise allude to simply the product segments. Current stock control frameworks regularly depend upon scanner tags and RFID labels to give programmed ID of stock items. In a scholastic investigation performed at Wal-Mart, RFID decreased Out of Stocks by 30 percent for items selling somewhere in the range of 0.1 and 15 units every day. Stock items could incorporate any sort of physical resource: stock, consumables, fixed resources, flowing devices, library books, or capital hardware. Stock Systems help organizations with tremendous inventories to effectively and precisely screen their stocks. With the utilization of a database, data will be promptly accessible to the client and can be effectively refreshed without looking through spreadsheets. 1.2Statement of the Problem As business has developed quickly , stock observing becomes noteworthy factor in overseeing by and large business activity. The organization had humble beginnings regarding deals. From a couple of simple to deal with stream of stock stocks, the organization needed to deal with enormous volume of stocks because of deals request. The stock cards utilized as stock checking sheets , were moved to MS exceed expectations type control sheets. As deals and buy volume expanded, deals returns and stock cases were unavoidable. The way toward refreshing stock documents turned out to be moderate .Though reports are created, they were normally postponed. The requirement for convenient stock reports is essential in surveying business execution . An increasingly helpful, simple to screen, simple to get to stock checking framework will facilitate the issue on unaccounted stock and deferred stock reports. 1.3Objectives of the Study 1.3.1General Objective To build up an electronic stock framework for Gamot Publiko Drugstore that will make its stock checking advantageous, effective and convenient. 1.3.2Specific Objective â⬠¢To build up a module that will computerize the checking and refreshing of the companyââ¬â¢s stock. â⬠¢To build up a module that will give an ideal and advantageous report age. 1.4Significance of the Study The organization as of now keeps up stock level at a quarter of a year of its business prerequisites. Before the companyââ¬â¢s stock turns low of its stock level necessity, a request should be put in through a Purchase Request appropriately affirmed by the companyââ¬â¢s dependable favoring officials. This Purchase Order is then sent to providers for acknowledgment and conveyance. Now and then, the organization masses request as haggled between the provider for greater limits and low valuing. Up until now, the organization has never experienced any issue among its provider . Products were so far been conveyed in acceptable condition and on time . 1.5Scope and Limitation For the organization Our System would assist the organization with making simpler to store and recover all the information document. Impact of Product Diversity on Consumer Buying Behavior A Case Study
Question: Examine about the Impact of Product Diversity on Consumer Buying Behaviorfor aCase Study of Retail Food Group Limited Answer: Presentation The reason for this examination is to distinguish the effect of the item assorted variety on customers purchasing conduct in food hold industry. In this investigation, the chose association is Retail Food Group Limited. Item assorted variety alludes to the way toward extending item go for expanding business gainfulness (Coma et al., 2016). If there should be an occurrence of the food business, the associations are giving diverse scope of food items for affecting distinctive social individuals. Then again, a tremendous item extend impacts purchasing conduct of the customers by expanding buyers spending. In this examination, a systematical procedure will be followed for getting precise research result. Foundation of the Study Item expansion alludes to the way toward expanding item go, which builds business chance of an association. This examination will research with respect to the effect of item decent variety on customers conduct. Item broadening is a comprehensively recognize approach, which encourages associations to build generally spending of buyer (Chen et al., 2016). Then again, shoppers purchasing conduct alludes to the customers inclinations, mentality and goals while settling on the buy choice. As of late, various associations have embraced item expansion methodology for keeping up feasible business (Zhang et al., 2016). In this procedure, an association can keep up economical benefit from one item, regardless of whether different items reach to the develop phase of item life cycle. This examination will additionally explore how accessibility of various item impacts the buyers to build their buy unit. Foundation of the Organization Retail Food Group is a food retail chain of Australian market set up in 1989. The organization gives establishment chance to the Australian nearby organizations for expanding item accessibility in Australian market. So as to impact shoppers purchasing conduct, the association gives an immense scope of item to the customers. This methodology causes the association to pull in establishments alongside buyers in Australian market. Basis of the Study What is the Issue? Differentiated item encourages an association to draw in customers towards the brand. Then again, it is exceptionally critical to build up the brand picture of the association for improving apparent estimation of the shoppers (Kaushalya Fernando, 2015). Be that as it may, offering a huge scope of items forestalls the associations to set up high brand esteem, as the shoppers may discover challenges to comprehend the contributions under the brand. Along these lines, it can influence the customers purchasing conduct adversely (Pandey Verma, 2015). In this manner, it is profoundly critical to comprehend the manner in which item assorted variety influences purchasers purchasing conduct. For what reason is it an Issue? Shoppers are some of the time affected by the brand picture while settling on the buy choice. Nonetheless, a various item extend forestalls the buyers to review the brand name while settling on the buy choice (Kwak, Jaju Zinkhan, 2015). So as to set up solid brand picture of broadened item run, it is critical to actualize umbrella-marking system. On the off chance that in the event that an association neglects to direct proficient marking methodology, at that point it will be hard for the organization to impact purchasing conduct of coinsumers. What is the Issue Now? Presently days, item expansion is an all inclusive recognize methodology in which associations are offering tremendous scope of items in same class, which increment the product offering (Morrison, 2015). Thusly, shoppers spending can be expanded in a successful way. In food retail segment, it expands shoppers investing energy just as the buyers spending. Nonetheless, an immense scope of items keeps the associations from setting up solid brand picture. What could be the examination conceal light? This examination will explore the significance of item broadening and the issues looked by the Retail Food Group. It will assist the organization with influencing the buyers purchasing conduct all the more productively with the assistance of proficient marking system (Kumar Kapoor, 2015). The discoveries of this examination will causes the association to improve the item system far and away superior. Point of the Research The point of the examination is to explore the effect of item broadening on purchasers purchasing conduct. Research Objectives The targets of the exploration are as per the following: To research the significance of item assorted variety in food retail industry To fundamentally assess the effect of item enhancement on customers purchasing conduct To distinguish the issues looked by Retail Food Group while actualizing item expansion for affecting customers purchasing conduct To give reasonable suggestion to the Retail Food Group for diminishing negative effect of item broadening Research Questions The examination questions are as per the following: What is the significance of item assorted variety in food retail industry? What is the effect if item assorted variety on buyers purchasing conduct? What are the issues looked by Retail Food Group while executing item expansion system for affecting buyers purchasing conduct? What should be the potential techniques for improving item broadening system of Retail Food Group? Research Hypotheses H0: Product enhancement doesn't have any effect on buyers purchasing conduct H1: Product enhancement has tremendous effect on purchasers purchasing conduct Structure of the Dissertation So as to get exact research result, proper research structure will be followed in this investigation. Following is the structure of the examination concentrate in which the scientist will lead the exploration. Presentation In this area, the initial piece of the examination will be given. Also, this segment of the examination will comprise of the exploration destinations, questions and speculations alongside the reason of the investigation. Writing survey This segment of this examination will comprise of a huge writing with respect to item assorted variety and its effect on the customers purchasing conduct. In addition, various models and speculations will be assessed in this area. Research procedure This area of this investigation will comprise of the picked examine strategies. The specialist will likewise give legitimizations to the picked inquire about techniques. Executing proper research techniques will assist the scientist with obtaining exact research result. Discoveries and Analysis In this area, the analyst will aggregate essential data with respect to the exploration theme. In addition, the analyst will assess the assembled information with productive investigative devices, for example, factual devices and center gathering examination instrument. End and Recommendations In this area, the analyst will give end dependent on the examination discoveries. Also, the analyst will give appropriate suggestions to the association for improving item broadening technique of Retail Food Group. Table 1: Structure of the paper Writing Review Presentation Customers purchasing conduct alludes to the disposition, recognition and inclination of the buyers. Then again, item broadening is a system, which permits the purchasers to pick the necessary item according to requirements and prerequisites. As per the past research is buyers purchasing conduct, various scientists have demonstrated that purchasing conduct is a factor, which is impacted by the buying choice procedure (Phan Vu, 2015). Then again, past investigations stress that it is beyond the realm of imagination to expect to quantify buyers purchasing conduct precisely. Associations simply see the purchasing conduct for anticipating the buy choice of the buyers. Then again, an enhanced item run encourages the associations to draw in purchasers from serious market. Idea of Product Diversification Item expansion is a methodology of expanding scope of items where an association gives various kinds of items in same classification. If there should be an occurrence of food retail industry, associations give distinctive food items as opposed to offering same item. Presently days, this methodology is embraced by the associations for keeping up business supportability with differing item go (Farooq et al., 2015). In this methodology, in the event that a specific item neglects to pull in shoppers, at that point different items will assist the association with maintaining marketing projection. Idea of Consumers Buying Behavior Buyers purchasing conduct alludes to the mentality and view of the customers while settling on buy choice. So as to decide the necessary item, purchasers follow an orderly procedure where the initial step is distinguishing proof of prerequisites. There are various elements that impact conduct of buyers (Kim, 2015). The most significant factor, which impacts conduct of the buyers, is social foundation of the purchasers. The mental attribute of shoppers is another factor wherein buyers take the buy choice dependent on the item esteem. Procedure of Consumers Purchase Decision The changing pattern of business condition impacts the customers to take a definitive buy choice in a prolonged way. In this procedure, shoppers follow five stages, for example, need acknowledgment, data search, and elective assessment, buy choice, post-buy conduct (Chen et al., 2016). Following is the procedure attempted by the buyers for settling on the buy choice. Need Recognition: In this progression, buyers recognize their prerequisite as far as item or administration. This progression is one of the most significant periods of choice dynamic procedure. In the event that there is no

Frequencies and Relative Frequencies in Histograms
Frequencies and Relative Frequencies in Histograms In the development of a histogram, there are a few stages that we should attempt before we really draw our diagram. Subsequent to setting up the classes that we will utilize, we relegate every one of our information esteems to one of these classes thenâ count the quantity of information esteems that fall into each class and draw the statures of the bars. These statures can be controlled by two distinct ways that are interrelated: recurrence or relative recurrence. The recurrence of a class is the check of what number of information esteems fall into a specific class wherein classes with more prominent frequencies have higher bars and classes with lesser frequencies have lower bars. Then again, relative recurrence requires one extra advance as it is the proportion of what extent or percent of the information esteems fall into a specific class. A direct figuring decides the relative recurrence from the recurrence by including all the classes frequencies and partitioning the check by each class by the aggregate of these frequencies. The Difference Between Frequency and Relative Frequency To see the contrast among recurrence and relative recurrence we will think about the accompanying model. Assume we are taking a gander at the history evaluations of understudies in tenth grade and have the classes relating to letter reviews: A, B, C, D, F. The quantity of every one of these evaluations gives us a recurrence for each class: 7 understudies with a F9 understudies with a D18 understudies with a C12 understudies with a B4 understudies with an A To decide the relative recurrence for each class we first include the all out number of information focuses: 7 9 18 12 4 50. Next we, partition every recurrence by this total 50. 0.14 14% understudies with a F0.18 18% understudies with a D0.36 36% understudies with a C0.24 24% understudies with a B0.08 8% understudies with an A The underlying informational collection above with the quantity of understudies who fall into each class (letter grade) would be characteristic of the recurrence while the rate in the subsequent informational index speaks to the overall recurrence of these evaluations. A simple method to characterize the contrast among recurrence and relative recurrence is that recurrence depends on the real estimations of each class in a measurable informational index while relative recurrence analyzes these individual qualities to the general sums of all classes worried in an informational index. Histograms Either frequencies or relative frequencies can be utilized for a histogram. Despite the fact that the numbers along the vertical hub will be extraordinary, the general state of the histogram will stay unaltered. This is on the grounds that the statures comparative with one another are a similar whether we are utilizing frequencies or relative frequencies. Relative recurrence histograms are significant in light of the fact that the statures can be deciphered as probabilities. These likelihood histograms give a graphical presentation of a likelihood appropriation, which can be utilized to decide the probability of specific outcomes to happen inside a given populace. Histograms are helpful instruments to rapidly watch slants in populaces all together for analysts, legislators, and network coordinators the same to have the option to decide the best strategy to influence the a great many people in a given populace.

The Car Market Within the UAE - Free Essay Example
INTRODUCTION: Its not just the new cars who face a strong market in the UAE, but also the used cars have always been very much in demand. à ¢Ã¢â ¬Ã
âThe used car market in the UAE is worth around US$2.5 billion in business and it is growing by a strong 15 per cent annually,à ¢Ã¢â ¬Ã according to Kerem Kuyucu, the managing director of Carmudi Middle East, an online marketplace for new and pre-owned cars. (Scott, 2014) Predicting the price of a used car is both an important and an interesting matter. According to data obtained from the Roads and Transport Authority, the number of light vehicles registered between 2009 and 2014 is more than a million which is a jump of about 80% of the cars registered solely in 2009. With respect to the economic conditions since 2009, the sale of second hand and reconditioned cars has ever since been on an increase. Predicting the resale value of a car is not a an easy task. It is common knowledge that the value of the used cars will depend on a number of factors. The most important being the age of the car, its make (and model), the origin of the car (i.e the original country of the manufacturer), its mileage (referring to the kilometres it has run) and of course its horse power. Additionally, due to the increase in fuel prices, the average fuel consumption of the car is also a crucial factor. Sadly though, most of the people do not know the exact figure for the fuel their car consumes per km driven. Moreover, factors like the type of fuel the car consumes, the interior style, the braking system, acceleration, the volume of of its cylinders (measured in cc), safety index, its size, number of doors, body colour, weight of the car, size of the tyres used for the car, type of wheels and wheel caps, consumer reviews, the fame associated with the manufacturer of the car, its physical state, it has cruise control or not, whether it has a sun roof, incorporates a manual or automatic transmission, whther it belonged to an individual or a company as well as other options such as how good is the air conditioner of the car, what type is the sound system, whether it is has a power steering, cosmic wheels, GPS navigator, all such factors may influence the price of the vehicle. In the UAE certain other special factors which buyers afix importance to is the nationality of the previous owners, whether the car had been involved in any serious accidents and whether it is a lady-driven car. Furthermore, the look and the feel of the vehicle definitely add a lot to the value of the car. Therefore, we can see that the price of the car depends on a variety of factors. Unfortunately though, all of the information regarding each factor is not usually available and the buyer has to make the final decision of purchasing the car at a particular price based on a limited factors only. In this research paper we shall also be focusing only on some of the factors mentioned above. Regression analysis is a method of estimating the relationship between several variables. Sample data is usually collected to investigate the relationship between a dependent variable and one or more independent variables. This method includes many techniques for creating the best fit model by the analysis of the variables. Multiple regression is merely an extension of simple regression. Usually, a model is simply called an equation. Model can be used to predict weather, the performance of the stock market, sales, profits, river levels, and so on. ( Zainodin Khuneswari, 2009). Multiple regression can also be used for predicting the prices of houses as well as the value of used cars in the market. This paper shall be focusing on the latter use of multiple regression. PROBLEM STATEMENT: PURPOSE OF THE STUDY: This study is being done on behalf of a market research company on the second hand car market in the UAE. The focal point of this study is to determine the market value of a specific model and manufacturer by taking into consideration certain factors related to the vehicle. The study shall also be concentrating on creating a model for the company, which it can use to estimate the market value of the car using limited number of factors. The manufacturer under focus in this study is Toyota and the car is Land Cruiser, taking into account the models from 2009 till 2014. DEFINITIONS OF TERMS: LITERATURE REVIEW: In our attempt to understand how the second hand car market in the UAE works, we must be able to breakdown how the car models and their prices are analyzed by their buyers. There are certain definable characteristics and attributes to cars that contribute to the overall appeal and market value that a given car elicits. Essentially, any type of good or commodity can be viewed as a package with many different characteristics that add or subtract to the overall value of that particular good. This is the same for car market as well. A car is simply a combination of characteristics (such as color, price, model, mileage, etc.) that all together contribute in some measurable way to the ultimate value that a particular buyer places on that car. To analyze the varying prices of the second hand cars in relation to their different characteristics, in this paper we shall use multiple regression analysis along with descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing. MULTIPLE REGRESSION: Multiple regression is a generalization of the simple linear regression analysis. Simple regression analysis could analyze a relationship between dependent variable with a single independent variable. The same idea was used to analyze relationship between a dependent and two or more independent variables. (Nikolopoulos, Goodwin, Patelis, Assimakopoulos, 2007) suggested that multiple lregression is a common choice of method when a forecast is required and where data on several relevant independent variables are available. This technique has been widely used to produce forecasts in a wide range of areas and there is evidence that it is often used by companies to derive forecasts of demand from marketing varaibles and various macroeconomic measures. Multiple regression has been successfully used in many business applications. For example, (Evans Olson, 2003) studied the NFL data, it would be logical to say that the number of Games WON would not only on Yards Gained but also on the other variables like Takeaways, Giveaways, Yards Allowed and Points scored. Multiple linear regression is a popular method for producing forecasts when data on relevant independent variables is available. DESCRIPTIVE ANALYSIS: Descriptive statistics are used to describe the basic features of the data in a study. They provide simple summaries about the sample and the measures. Together with simple graphics analysis, they form the basis of virtually every quantitative analysis of data. Descriptive Statistics are used to present quantitative descriptions in a manageable form. In a research study we may have lots of measures. Or we may measure a large number of people on any measure. Descriptive statistics help us to simplify large amounts of data in a sensible way. Each descriptive statistic reduces lots of data into a simpler summary. For instance, consider a simple number used to summarize how well a batter is performing in baseball, the batting average. This single number is simply the number of hits divided by the number of times at bat (reported to three significant digits). A batter who is hitting .333 is getting a hit one time in every three at bats. One batting .250 is hitting one time in four. T he single number describes a large number of discrete events. STATISTICAL HYPOTHESIS TESTING: It is common knowledge that researchers usually wish to demonstrate that the phenomenon in question is present (i.e., reject the null hypothesis in the favor of the alternative one). However, there are instances in which researchers do have a priority, theoretically justified reasons to hypothesize formal, statistical null relationships. (Cohen, 1990; Cortina Dunlap, 1997; Cortina Folger, 1998; Greenwald, 1975, 1993). Support for positing and testing null relationships between variables of interest is offered by Greenwald (1993), who noted that à ¢Ã¢â ¬Ã
âscientific advance is often most powerfully achieved by rejecting theories. A major strategy for doing this is to demonstrate that relationships predicted by a theory are not obtained, and this would often require acceptance of a null hypothesisà ¢Ã¢â ¬Ã (p. 421). Others have argued that the tenability of the null hypothesis is as legitimate a goal of research as is demonstrating the tenability of any alternative hypo thesis (Chow, 1996; Cortina Folger, 1998; Frick, 1995; Nickerson, 2000). We do believe that theoretically based arguments that lead researchers to predict null relationships between their research variables of interest are justified. The formal statistical procedure for performing a hypothesis is to state two hypothesis and to use an appropriate statistical test to reject one of the hypotheses and therefore accept (or fail to reject) the other one. The first hypothesis is usually referred to as the Null hypothesis because it is the hypothesis of no effect or no difference between the populations of interest. It is usually given the symbol H0. On the other hand, the second hypothesis is usually the Alternative Hypothesis by statisticians, but since it is often the hypothesis that the researcher would like to be true, it is also sometimes referred to as the Study Hypothesis or Research Hypothesis. This is give the symbol H1 OR HA. The Alternative Hypothesis states that there is an effect or that there is a difference between the populations. HYPOTHESIS ANALYSIS: Furthermore, in this study we conducted hypothesis tests on some of the variables of our report. Paired sample t-tests were performed on the model year and the price of the respective car models. The following tables show the results of the tests performed in the SPSS Statistical Software. Paired Samples Statistics Mean N Std. Deviation Std. Error Mean Pair 1 Model Year 2011.70 80 1.672 .187 Selling Price 171152.50 80 45514.126 5088.634 The above table shows that for a mean of 2011 (for the model year), with the standard deviation at 1.672, the selling price is calculated to be at a mean of 171152.50 with a standard deviation of 45514.12. Paired Samples Test Paired Differences t df Sig. (2-tailed) Mean Std. Deviation Std. Error Mean 95% Confidence Interval of the Difference Lower Upper Pair 1 Model Year Selling Price -169140.800 45512.738 5088.479 -179269.164 -159012.436 -33.240 79 .000 The above table shows that overall mean of the model year and the selling price is 169140.8 with a standard deviation of 45512.73. These tables were obtained by the SPSS statistical software by applying paired-samples t-test to compare the model year and the selling prices of the Land Cruisers discussed in this report. The results thereby, show that the mean selling price is 169140.8 for these cars with a standard deviation of 45512.73. The value of the t-test is 33.240 and the degree of freedom is 79. These results suggest that the model year really does affect the price of the Land Cruiser. Specifically, our results suggest the older the carà ¢Ã¢â ¬Ã¢â ¢s model year the lower the price of the car will be and vice versa. A Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient was computed to assess the relationship between the model year of the Land Cruisers and their respective selling prices. Correlations Model Year Selling Price Model Year Pearson Correlation 1 .830** Sig. (2-tailed) .000 N 80 80 Selling Price Pearson Correlation .830** 1 Sig. (2-tailed) .000 N 80 80 **. Correlation is significant at the 0.01 level (2-tailed). The above table suggests that there was a positive correlation between the two variables, r = 0.830, n = 80, p = .000. A scatterplot summarizes the results (Figure 1). Overall, there was a strong, positive correlation between the model year of the cars and the selling prices. Increase in model year (latest model) results in a higher selling price of the car. Bibliography Chow, S. L., 1996. Statistical significance: Rationale, validity and utility. What Is Isobaric Process
An isobaric process is a thermodynamic process in which the pressure remains constant. This is usually obtained by allowing the volume to expand or contract in such a way to neutralize any pressure changes that would be caused by heat transfer. The term isobaric comes from Greek iso, meaning equal, and baros, meaning weight. In an isobaric process, there are typically internal energy changes.à Work is done by the system, and heat is transferred, so none of the quantities in the first law of thermodynamics readily reduce to zero. However, the work at a constant pressure can be fairly easily calculated with the equation: W p * Ãâ V Since W is the work, p is the pressure (always positive) and ÃâV is the change in volume, we can see that there are two possible outcomes to an isobaric process: If the system expands (ÃâV is positive), then the system does positive work (and vice versa). If the system contracts (ÃâV is negative), then the system does negative work (and vice versa). Examples of Isobaric Processes If you have a cylinder with a weighted piston and you heat the gas in it, the gas expands due to the increase in energy. This is in accordance with Charles law - the volume of a gas is proportional to its temperature. The weighted piston keeps the pressure constant. You can calculate the amount of work done by knowing the change of volume of the gas and the pressure. The piston is displaced by the change in volume of the gas while the pressure remains constant. If the piston was fixed and didnt move as the gas was heated, the pressure would rise rather than the volume of the gas. This would not be an isobaric process, as the pressure was not constant. The gas could not produce work to displace the piston. If you remove the heat source from the cylinder or even place it into a freezer so it lost heat to the environment, the gas would shrink in volume and draw the weighted piston down with it as it maintained constant pressure. This is negative work, the system contracts. Isobaric Process and Phase Diagrams In aà phase diagram, an isobaric process would show up as a horizontal line, since it takes placeà underà a constant pressure. This diagram would show you at what temperatures a substance is solid, liquid, or vapor for a range of atmospheric pressures. Thermodynamic Processes In thermodynamic processes, a system has a change in energy and that results in changes in pressure, volume, internal energy, temperature, or heat transfer. In natural processes, often more than one of these types are at work at the same time. Also, natural systems most of these processes have a preferred direction and are not easily reversible. Adiabatic process - no heat transfer into or out of the system.Isochoric process - no change in volume, in which case the system does no work.Isobaric process - no change in pressure.Isothermal process - no change in temperature.

The Decline Of The Black Death - 1949 Words
Amongst the devastation and despair the Black Death left in its wake, it also brought with it some much-needed change to the way medieval Europeans were living. Although it ended many innocent lives, it also began a new era of social and economic living. In the years following the first outbreak of the plague, medical knowledge and awareness of hygiene dramatically improved, as did the living and working conditions of the workers. Other benefits included the rapid growth of Europeââ¬â¢s middle class and thus the fall of the feudal system, the loss of the churchââ¬â¢s supreme authority, and the increase in economic power for medieval women. One of the many Economic benefits the Black Plague brought, was a new power for peasants. This meant they were granted higher pay, better working conditions and sometimes more land out in the fields. Prior to the initial outbreak of the Black Death, the people of Europe followed a social hierarchy system called the ââ¬Ëfeudal systemââ¬â¢. Under its reign, there were only two main social categories; the rich, wealthy nobles and the poor, powerless peasants. Most of these peasants earned very little, if any pay, for their hard work. Following the Black Death, there were two ways these peasants could become prosperous, either by gaining more vacant land, or demanding higher wages. The Black Death is thought to have wiped out around one-third of Europeââ¬â¢s population of the time, and therefore many blocks of land were left unattended. It didnââ¬â¢t take longShow MoreRelatedThe Role of the Black Death in the Decline of Feudalism Essay2063 Words à |à 9 PagesThe feudal sys tem began to decline after the Black Death struck Europe in the late 1340ââ¬â¢s. The feudal system joined politics and grouped together the social classes of that period. It began with the ââ¬Å"relationship between two freemen (men who are not serfs), a lord and his vassal. Vassal derived from a Celtic word for servant, but in feudal terms vassal meant a free person who put himself under the protection of a lord and for whom he rendered loyal military aid.â⬠This relationship was mutually beneficialRead MoreThe Unstoppable Virus of the Black Plague663 Words à |à 3 PagesThe Black Plague started in 1347 CE and ended in 1351 CE. Europe declined dramatically by the spreading of an unstoppable virus sent from central Asia. Question: Discuss about the Learning and Online Communication. Answer: Introduction and Chapter One Reflection These kinds of assignments are very interesting to execute. Reflections always lead to introspections and understanding, by questioning myself in regards to what I have learnt from the provided study. I have been fond of accountancy since a very long time. This particular subject has taught me the fundamental principles that are required for being successful in any kind of business. The particular paper aims to identify and assess the business and personal communications that is gradually going online in the regular course of the business proceedings. The interesting part of this study is that the particular way that online communication is taking over global business. Moreover, this is bringing the end users of the commodities and services and the owners of the business closer to each other. However, the first impression that I had gained while going through the assignment is that a huge amount of information that has been presented in the introduction and chapter one was more than enough to understand and retain at once. However, as I proceeded with the reading I found the piece of literature interesting and easy to understand. Thecloud accounting software packages that have been developed in the modern world are taking over theaccounting business globally. The knowledge in regards to online communication that I have acquired from this particular chapter has helped me to understand the benefits of online communication and the ways in which I can implement them in case of a business of my own. Moreover, I came to know about the disadvantages of online communication. Initially I used to think that there are no disadvantages to online communication. I thought that the only reason for business firms not undertaking the online communication for innovating the accounting and other related business proceedings was that the lack of enough capital for the implementation of the online processes. However, there are certain disadvantages to online communication. The people who do not have a knack for writing or have poor keyboard facilities cannot facilitate online communication. Moreover, certain potential risk like the risk in relation to information overload is a significant feature of online information. I understand this problem because I had been confronting similar situation in the past when I had received a mail in regards to a situational analysis. I did feel that too much information had been communicated and there was no one present to help me out with my confusion. Moreover, I came to know about the famous accounting software like the MYOB, Xero, Oracle, ERP and SAP. Moreover, the trends in regards to the online communication can be understood by the introduction of the smart phones in the market, which led to a global revolution in terms of connectivity through internet. The fact that an individual with an average income could afford to get the net connection that would connect him to the entire world. In other aspects, I came to know that learning is not just about understanding but about conceptualizing the acquired knowledge and changing as a person in regards to the new knowledge acquired. I feel that this is true because learning for me until now have been restricted to the examination papers. As long as I could rightly remember and deliver the acquired knowledge in the answer sheet, I was satisfied with whatever I had learnt. It is now that I understand that the worth of learning depends on the retaining of the acquired knowledge and not just delivery of the same. The fundamental concepts of finance has also been summarized and explained in this particular chapter. The particular area that interested me in regards to finance is the significance of the aspect of double entry accounting. Previously, I used to think it is just a technique which was adopted for posting the various transactions in the books of accounts. However, I came to know that the aspect of double entryaccounting was just not limited to that. Double entry accounting is the fundamental foundation of every accounting process and facilitates accurate financial proceedings. I have also been fascinated to know that the very core word of accounts that is debit and credit has been adopted from Latin. This means that the Latin word for debit is debere meaning to owe and that for credit is credere meaning to entrust. Moreover, another principle that I have acquired from this particular reading is that the equity of a firm is equal to the assets of the firm after the total amount of the liabilities have been deducted from the same. The formula can be expressed as: Equity = Assets Liabilities Therefore, the study guide had helped me to understand and explore the basics of the accounting process. moreover,, I have understood the particular difference between learning and retaining the concept that is being learned. Thus, it can be concluded that I now feel confident for the future endeavors in regards to this particular subject.
